Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients
500 gr. of dark chocolate
250 gr. of butter
6 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar (or sugar syrup made from 10 spoons of sugar boiled with 10 spoons of water).

Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double pot, stir into an even mixture and cool. Foam the eggs (whole eggs - no need to separate) together with the sugar until a light rising foam is formed (alternatively, you can make sugar syrup by boiling 10 spoons of sugar and 10 spoons of water until fully dissolved. The syrup should be added while foaming by sprinkling slowly.
Add the chocolate and stir it in wrapping movements. Make sure that all the chocolate is well absorbed. Pour the mixture into personal oiled dishes, and place them in another baking dish half full of water.
Bake in an oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
