Baked Apples

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 apples
6 tablespoons of brown sugar
6 tablespoons of apricot jam
Cinnamon
Pie sheet

Preparation
Peel the apples and empty and clean the inside.
Stuff the apples with the jam.
Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Wrap the apples with a square of a pie sheet. Tighten the edges.
Put in a baking dish and bake for 40 min. at 180°C.

Serve hot.
