Ingredients (for 8 people)
1 liter of milk
6 eggs
16 TS of sugar
1 TS Vanilla essence

Preparation
Beat the Eggs. Put milk, 8 TS of Sugar and vanilla essence in a pot. Heat until it almost boils.
Pour the Milk on the eggs and mix.
Pour into a baking dish and bake bain marie in so the dish is surrounded by water for 1 hour at 175°C.
Chill in the refrigerator.

Caramel Sauce
Put 8 TS of sugar with 5 TS of water in a pot. Cook until the sugar melts. Put some sauce on top of each baking dish.
