Vinaigrette Salad with Herbs

Ingredients: (for 6 people)

A selection of 3-4 kinds of salad
A selection of herbs (basil, arogula)
1 cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of oil
Juice from one and a half lemon
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Clean the salad and dry it in the salad dryer.
Mix all the vinegrette ingredients.
Mix with the salad and herbs just before eating.
