Spinach Quiche

Ingredients (for 6 people)
800 gram of Spinach
Dough 400 gram flour
180 gram butter + 30
1 egg
3 TS water
Salt, pepper
1 cream
3 eggs

Preparation
Cut the butter into small pieces.
Mix in a food processor with the flour, egg and salt.
Add water and mix for few more min.
Form a ball; wrap and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour roll to an even dough; put in a baking dish.
Cut the spinach into smaller pieces.
Fry with butter in a pan with salt and pepper for 5 min.
Mix the spinach with eggs and cream. Put on the dough.
Bake at 180°C for 45 min.

Serve immediately.
