Mushroom Soup

Ingredients (for 6 people)
15 Champignon mushrooms
50 gr. of butter
2 onions
100 gr. of flour
Pepper
Salt
200 gr. of cream

Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and cut them to slices.
Remove the skin from the onions and cut to slices.
Melt the butter in a big Pot and Saute the vegetable.
Add the flour, salt and pepper and saute for 2 more minutes.
Add 6 cups of water, and boil for about 1 hour.
Add cream and heat - do not boil!

Serve immediately!
