Ingredients: (for 6 people) 400 grams of smoked salmon 200 grams of sweet cream Juice from one fresh lemon 1 tbsp. of ketchup Salt, pepper Preparation Foam the cream, grind the remaining ingredients with a food processor; fold the cream with the other ingredients.
