Smoked Salmon Mousse

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
400 grams of smoked salmon
200 grams of sweet cream
Juice from one fresh lemon
1 tbsp. of ketchup
Salt, pepper

Preparation
Foam the cream, grind the remaining ingredients with a food processor; fold the cream with the other ingredients. Put in a serving dish and store in the fridge with a nylon for 24 hours - very important!

Serve with toasts or with country bread.
