Ingredients: (for 6 people)
2 packs of spinach
4 tomatoes cut to slices or 10 strawberries, clean and split to two

Vinaigrette
1 tablespoons of mustard
4 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons of oil
4 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 cloves of garlic, smashed

Preparation
Clean the spinach and dry it in the salad dryer. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients. Mix with the salad just before eating.
