Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients (for 6 people)
3 big tomatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 garlic
Pepper
Salt
Thyme
1 root of parsley
1 root of basil
1 root of oregano

Preparation
Split the tomatoes and take out most of the inside with a spoon. Cut the inside of the tomatoes into small pieces. Grind inside of the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano and basil, pepper, salt and thyme. Stuff the tomatoes. Sprinkle some olive oil and put in a baking dish. Bake for 20 min. at 180°C.

Serve hot!
