Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients (for 6 people)
30-40 champignon mushrooms
1/3 cup of chopped parsley
50 gr. of butter
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
Juice from 2 lemons
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
Cut the stem from the mushrooms and clean it well.
Keep the stems for later use, such as mushroom soup, omelet or sauce.
Cook the mushrooms with the lemon juice in a pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 min.
Mix the butter with the garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture, and put them into a baking dish.
Put in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are well cooked.
Serve immediately!
