Broccoli Baked with White Sauce

Ingredients: (for 6 people)

6 flowers of broccoli
500 grams of milk
50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
Salt, pepper; ground cheese

Preparation

Cook the Broccoli in water; until it is ready. Put it in a baking dish. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top. Prepare the white sauce; melt 50 grams of butter with flour; mix well, add the milk and steer until the sauce is smooth. Put the sauce on top of the Broccoli. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Put in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Can also be served with cauliflower.
