Ingredients: (for 6 people) 1.5 kg fine lamb chops For the marinade 1 glass of dry red wine 2/3 glass of honey 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 4 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, mincedSalt Black pepper, minced Thyme branch and Rosemarie branch, chopped Preparation Mix the ingredients and soak the lamb chops in for two hours.
