Fried Lamb Chops

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
18 Lamb chops
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt; pepper; thyme; garlic-chopped; some chopped parsley
1 lemon, squeezed
Bread crams and flour
2 eggs, bitted

Preparation
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and thyme on the lamb chops.
Dip the chops in some flour and shake.
Dip the chops in the eggs.
Dip the chops in the bread crams. Heat the olive oil with the garlic and fry the chops until it is ready.
Sprinkle some lemon juice and parsley.

Serve hot.
