Georlette Gourmet Cooking Resume Classes Catering Top 10 Recipes

Traditional French cooking including simple recipes, such as Saumon Fume (marinated salmon), Pate de Foie gras (liver pate), Chicken cordon bleu, Potatoes - gratin, Mousse au chocolat and Creme brulée.

The course includes six meetings of 3 hours each, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will cook together a 3 course meal and then lunch will be served (including wine).

The course will take place at Mrs. Georlette’s house: Naka Machi (5 minutes by car from Seisen).
Cost: ¥5000 per lesson.

The course includes 8 meetings of 3 hours each.
We will cook together and then eat a reach Brunch menu (including wine).

Mediterranean cooking course - once a month, you will be able to taste from a variety of recipes coming from many mediterranean countries such as: Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, Southern France and Italy. Each meeting will last 3 hours. Cost: ¥5000 including Lunch - 3 course meal.

Children are cooking - once a week your child will be able to enjoy the wonderful world of cooking. Each time we will make one simple dish from the favorite repertuar of children, such as cakes, crepes, belgian waffles, home-made hamburger, home-made french fries etc. Each meeting will last one hour, between 4-5 pm. Cost: ¥2000 per session, ingredients included. The course is available for children aged 4-8 on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4-5 pm.
