Lamb Chops in the Oven
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
1.5 kg fine lamb chops
For the marinade
1 glass of dry red wine
2/3 glass of honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt
Black pepper, minced
Thyme branch and Rosemarie branch, chopped
Preparation
Mix the ingredients and soak the lamb chops in for two hours.
Put in the oven and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
