Snapper Fillet with HerbsIngredients (6-8 servings)8 Snapper fillets 1 glass of fine white wine 1 glass of olive oil Juice from 2 lemons A handful of dried herbs 2 cloves of garlic, chopped Salt, pepper Black pepper, minced Ginger (optional) Preparation Slice the fish in an oiled baking dish.
