Snapper Fillet with Herbs

Ingredients (6-8 servings)
8 Snapper fillets
1 glass of fine white wine
1 glass of olive oil
Juice from 2 lemons
A handful of dried herbs
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt, pepper
Black pepper, minced
Ginger (optional)

Preparation
Slice the fish in an oiled baking dish. Spice and add the fluids. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at a temperature of 180 Celsius for approximately 8 minutes.
