Mullard Breast with HoneyIngredients (6-8 servings)6 Mullard or goose breasts cleaned and oiled 1 cup of beef soup 1/2 a cup of balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons of honey Salt, pepper Preparation Fry the Mullard in a big pan with the oil and wait for the Mullard to gild. Once the Mullard is spiced, remove it from the pan and cut into thin slices. Pour the oil out of the pan, pour the vinegar. Once it evaporates, add the beef soup.
