Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients (6-8 servings)
500 gr. of dark chocolate
500 gr. of butter
350 gr. of sugar
9 yolks
9 eggs
175 gr. of flour

Preparation
Melt the chocolate in ben mary with the butter. Add the sugar, eggs and yolks into the mixture, mix the flour gradually. Bake in personal plates, in a preheated oven, at a temperature of 180 Celsius for 10 minutes. Bake right before dinner and serve with Vanilla icecream.
