Two color marinated fish

Ingredients (6-8 servings)
500 gr. of salmon fillet in thin slices
300 gr. of white fillet (such as Dorade, sea-bas, Snapper) in thin slices
Salt, minced pepper
1 cup of olive oil
Juice from 2 lemons
Green pepper grains
2 Chopped onions (ashalot)
Chopped parsley (optional)

Preparation
Slice the fish in two colors, spice and soak in lemon and olive oil. Sprinkle the ashalot and parsley on top of the fish.
