Two color marinated fishIngredients (6-8 servings)500 gr. of salmon fillet in thin slices 300 gr. of white fillet (such as Dorade, sea-bas, Snapper) in thin slices Salt, minced pepper 1 cup of olive oil Juice from 2 lemons Green pepper grains 2 Chopped onions (ashalot) Chopped parsley (optional) Preparation Slice the fish in two colors, spice and soak in lemon and olive oil.
