Crazy salad - Le Relais Jaffa styleIngredients (6-8 servings)A handful of arogula A handful of baby leaves Red and green lettuce Vinaigrette sauce 200 gr. of smoked goose, spiked with wine and 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of spiked pine nuts 1 melon cut into cubes Preparation Wash and dry the leaves and lettuces. Dip in the vinaigrette sauce, sprinkle on top of the goose the sauce that was formed while frying the wine. Sprinkle the pine nuts on top, and around the melon. Bon appétit! Courtesy of Hanny Biton!
