Mediterranean Fish Casserole

Ingredients
2 Sea Bass, about 500 gr. each
50 gr. olive oil
1 onion
1 zucchini
2 anis stars
6 cloves garlic
1 carrot, chopped
2 dried hot peppers
2 English peppercorns
bay leaf
1 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. cumin
Basil
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet paprika
Parsley
pinch coriander

Preparation
Saut'e onion and garlic in olive oil. Add carrot, zucchini, English pepper and bay leaf.
Slice fish into slices 2 cm. thick, and add to mixture.
Saut'e fish slices for 3 minutes on each side. add wine, salt, pepper and anise stars.
Cook over a high flame for 7 minutes, reducing liquids to enhance flavor.
Befor serving, add parsley, basil and a pinch of coriander (optional).
