Coq au Vin (Chicken with Wine)

Ingredients (for 6 people):
6 chicken legs
1 bottle of red wine
2 onions
1 garlic
2 fresh tomatoes
one spoon of tomato sauce
1 branch of thym
1/2 liter of veil soup
20 gr. of flour
Tagliatelle noodles
100 gr. of Grierre cheese, scraped
100 ml. of cream
50 gr. of butter

Preparation
Put half of the wine on fire, soak the chicken legs in it. Peel the onion and put in a bowl.
Add the chicken legs, wrap with flour. Add the tomato sauce and the fresh tomatoes, the garlic, the thym.
Soak in the red wine and veil soup. Cook on low key for two hours. Remove the sauce and reduce it.
Serve with noodles.
