Apples and Old Bread with Cinnamon in the Oven "gratin"

Ingredients (for 8 people):
1 loaf of country bread
4 apples
1 spoon of cinnamon powder
750 ml. of milk
3 eggs
150 gr. of sugar
50 gr. of sugar powder

Preparation
Cut the bread into 1 cm. slices. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and cinnamon.
Soak the slices of bread in the mixture. Cut the apples in thin slices of 1/2 cm.
Put the slices of bread and apples in a bowl, one at a time.
Pour on top of them the milk that the bread was soaked in.
Put in the oven at 180 Cel. For 35 minutes. Serve chilled or cold.
