Apples and Old Bread with Cinnamon in the Oven "gratin"Ingredients (for 8 people):1 loaf of country bread 4 apples 1 spoon of cinnamon powder 750 ml. of milk 3 eggs 150 gr. of sugar 50 gr. of sugar powder Preparation Cut the bread into 1 cm. slices. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Soak the slices of bread in the mixture. Cut the apples in thin slices of 1/2 cm. Put the slices of bread and apples in a bowl, one at a time. Pour on top of them the milk that the bread was soaked in. Put in the oven at 180 Cel. For 35 minutes. Serve chilled or cold. Bon appétit! Served to your gratification from Philippe Batton's kitchen!
