Salmon a-la ratatouille

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 slices of fresh fillet salmon or any other white fish
1 can of peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 eggplants
1 Big onion
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Cut all the vegetable into small pieces. Fry with the olive oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Cook for 40 min. Put the fish on top; add some pepper, salt and paprika. Cook for 10 min.

Serve immediately, with white cooked rice.
