Baked Salmon with Pastry
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
900 grams of salmon fillet
6 tablespoons of raisons
3 tablespoons of Ginger root-ground
Pepper
Salt
Butter
Juice from one lemon
2 pie sheets
Preparation
Flatten one pie sheet.
Put the fish on top.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper, raisons, grind ginger and some butter.
Pour some lemon juice on top.
Put another pie sheet on the fish. Tighten the edges.
Put in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at a minimum temperature of 200°C.
Serve hot.
