Baked Salmon with Vegetable
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 pieces of salmon (150 grams each)
2 packages of spinach
2 big tomatoes
Juice from 1 lemon
1 cup of fresh cream
50 grams of butter
Black pepper
Salt
3 pieces of garlic
Preparation
Put each piece of salmon on aluminium paper.
Put on top of the fish pieces of tomato, spinash mousse*, lemon juice, freash cream, butter,
salt and pepper.
Close the aluminium paper and bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 35 minutes.
* Spinach mousse:
Put in a pot spinach, garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes after boiling.
Grind in a food processor.
