Potato Gratin
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 big potatoes
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
400 grams of fresh cream
Nut-meg; salt; pepper
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and slice.
Mix the potatoes with the spices and the garlic.
Put everything in layers in a big backing dish.
Pour the cream into the dish.
Bake at 180°C for 90 minutes.
Serve immediately!
