Leek Soup
Ingredients (for 6 people):
6 Leeks
1 tablespoon of oil
2 onion
1 potato
pepper
salt
1 can of cream
Preparation
Clean the leek. Take off the skin of the onions and the potato and put all in a pot.
Add 6 cups of water, oil, salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
Grind vegetables only in the food processor and pour back into the pot.
Add cream and heat - do not boil!
Serve immediately!
