Cucumber Soup
Ingredients:
6 cucumbers
3 big onions
1 potato
1 package of persilly
2 tablespoons of oil
Black pepper
Salt
1 carton of fresh cream
Preparation
Put in a big pot the cucumbers, onions, persilly, add 6 cups of water, oil, black pepper and salt.
Cook for 20 minutes after the water boils.
Grind in a food processor only the vegetables and put back into the pot.
Add fresh cream to the pot and serve hot.
