Mousse au Chocolat

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
4 eggs
180 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons of sugar
80 grams of butter

Preparation
Whip the white of the egg. Cook in double pots the chocolate, sugar and butter.
Turn off the gas and remove the pot from the stove. Add the yolks while mixing, gradually, one after the other. Mix gently (fold) the two blends.
