Salmon baked with vegetable and white sauce
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
900 fresh fillet salmon
500 grams of milk
50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour
Salt, pepper, shredded cheese
Vegetable: carrot, celery, zucchini, leak, pumpkin, mushroom cut into slices
Preparation
Saute the fish in a pan with 50 gram of the butter for 5 Min. Put in a baking dish.
Saute the vegetable in the same pan for 5 min.
Put the vegetable on the fish.
Prepare the white sauce; melt 50 gram butter with flour; mix well; add the milk and steer until the sauce is smooth.
Pour the sauce on top of the fish. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
Put in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately as it is, with steamed rice.
