Arogula with Garlic and Butter
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 glasses of chopped Arogula
Salt, pepper
30 grams of butter
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
Preparation
Heat the butter in a pan.
Add the Arogula and fry for 3 min.
Add salt, pepper and garlic. Fry for 3 more min.
Serve immediately.
