White Fish with Tehini

Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 pieces of filet code fish
12 slices of tomato
12 rings of onion
Celery-chopped
3 cloves of garlic-split
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of fish stock
Half a cup of thini
Half a glass of olive oil
1 TS of flat hot chili pepper
Half TS of cumin
2 anis stars
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Oil a baking dish. Put onions. On top put the fish with the skin down.
Sprinkle oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and half of the parsley.
On each filet put 2 slices of tomato; sprinkle anis, garlic, celery and stock among the fish.
Put in the oven 180 for 18 min, take out of the oven.
Mix the thini with a glass of water and pour it on the fish.
Sprinkle some parsley and bake for 5 more min.
