Tuna Steak with Mustard and Cream

Ingredients: (for 2 people)
Tuna steak oiled - 250 gram
Dijon Mustard
50 gram butter
50 gram cream
Spring onion - 1 TS, chopped
Half a clove of garlic, chopped
Salt, pepper
Nut meg
Half a glass of white wine

Preparation
The Sauce
Saute onion and garlic with butter add mustard and mix.
Add cream and make it thinner.
Add spring onion, salt, pepper and nut meg.
Add wine until you get the right thickness.

Tuna
Saute very shortly on a grill, pan both sides.
Serve the sauce beside the fish.
