Shrimps a-la Red Sea

Thanks to Gady Hammel for the recipe! Ingredients: (for 2 people)
* This recipe is for good quality shrimps (not black tiger)
20 nice skinned and devined shrimps
1 crushed garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/3 cup white wine
Chopped parsley
Salt
Crushed pepper
Graded parmesan cheese
Butter
Olive oil

Preparation
Add salt and pepper to the shrimps and mix well. Fry the shrimps in butter and oil mixture; when one side turns golden, turn over and add garlic. When the other side turns golden, add wine (the pan should be very hot all the time), lemon juice, parsley and parmesan (at that order). Mix well and serve before all the juices evaporate.

Serve with bread, the sauce is a delight.
Can be served with pasta.
