Ox Tail Hot Pot
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
1500 grams of ox tail
1 can of crashed tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 Eggplant
1 Big onion
6 potatoes
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of dry red wine
Preparation
Cut all the vegetable in pieces. Fry with the olive oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Add the meat.
Fry for 5 min. Add wine and 2 cups of water. Cook for 2 hours at least.
Serve immediately, possible with white cooked rice or with bread.
