Cordon Bleu
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
6 chicken breasts
50 grams of butter
12 slices of industrial cheese
6 slices of ham or pastrami
1 egg
Brad crams
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Cut inner pocket in each breast.
Put one ham between 2 slices of cheese and put inside the pocket.
Bit the egg.
Dip each chicken breast in the egg and then in the brad crams.
Heat the butter in a pan and saute the Cordon blue until the meat is ready.
Serve hot.
