Cassoulet

Ingredients: (for 10 people)
500 gr. beans
1 kg. beef for stew
6 chicken thighs - with skin and bones
Smoked chicken; duck or goose - 500 gram
Dried sausage 500 gram - cut into smaller pieces
2 carrots; 1 leek, sliced
Fresh thyme and rosemary
1 can crashed tomatoes
Red wine-1 cup
Salt; pepper; thyme; rosemary
3 bay leaves
6 cloves of garlic-chopped
5 TSpoons of olive oil

Preparation
Soak the beans overnight and drain the water.
In a big pot heat the olive oil. Fry the garlic; with beef; chicken; sausages; for 5 min.
Add spices and herbs. Add the vegetable and the beans and fry for 5 more min.
Add crushed tomatoes; wine; and 4 cups of water. Cook for 2 hours at least.

Serve hot!
